Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
- 1. What is your return and exchange policy ?
Accept returns for damaged or defective goods only. For a product to be eligible for return, the following conditions must apply:
a) The issue must be reported to W Wellness (herein referring to W Wellness Sdn. Bhd. and W Wellness (SP Branch) Sdn. Bhd.) within 14 days from the day you’ve received your parcel.
b) W Wellness must be contacted immediately if products are damaged as a result of shipping.
c) A detailed description of the damage must be provided to the Customer Care team.

Certain products will not be accepted for returns and exchange due to hygiene reasons. - 3. What’s the timeline for my exchange or refund ?
For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 10-15 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfilment centre, inspect your return, process it into inventory and for you to receive your exchange or refund.
