What is your return and exchange policy ?<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> Accept returns for damaged or defective goods only. For a product to be eligible for return, the following conditions must apply:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> a) The issue must be reported to W Wellness (herein referring to W Wellness Sdn. Bhd. and W Wellness (SP Branch) Sdn. Bhd.) within 14 days from the day you&#8217;ve received your parcel.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> b) W Wellness must be contacted immediately if products are damaged as a result of shipping.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> c) A detailed description of the damage must be provided to the Customer Care team.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> To return, please Whatsapp us at +6012-277 8713 with your order number.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>2. What items can&#8217;t be returned ?<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> Certain products will not be accepted for returns and exchange due to hygiene reasons.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>3.
